Let’s Donkey in Tetris 99! The next Tetris 99 Maximus Cup will feature none other than Donkey Kong Country Returns HD. The event kicks off this Friday, February 14 (4:00 p.m. JST) and will run until Tuesday, February 18 (3:59 p.m. JST). Per usual, collecting 100 points during the play period will net you this special DK theme. You can see what it looks like in the screenshot in video below.
The last Maximus Cup took place in late December and featured The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. DKC Returns HD marks the 45th Maximus Cup event and the first of 2025.
