Donkey Kong and his friends are still looking to join in on the fun at Universal Studios Japan. A special Super Nintendo World Direct focusing on the new Donkey Kong Country area in USJ. The presentation will kick off on Tuesday, November 12 at 7:00 a.m. in Japan (November 11 in North America) and be roughly 10 minutes long. No game information will be featured.
In late 2023, Donkey Kong Country was originally showcased and planned to open in Spring 2024. Once that timeframe came and went, it was announced that the new area would open in the second half of 2024.
