Nintendo has brought a handful of Super Famicom / Super Nintendo titles to the Switch for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers starting today, Wednesday, September 18. The games for Japan are as follows:
- Angelique
- Cosmo Gang The Puzzle
- Big Run
The following games have been added to the SNES app in English speaking territories:
- Battletoads Double Dragon
- Big Run
- Cosmo Gang The Puzzle
- Kunio-kun no Dodgeball da yo Zen’in Shūgō
This version of Kunio-kun released on the NSO Super Famicom app in Japan back in December 2020. Angelique, originally released in 1994 on the Super Famicom by Koei, introduced the world to “otome games,” or maiden games. This genre of games is targeted towards women and typically features a female protagonist. Developer Ruby Games were the one to bring this series to life.
