Although third party charging solutions for Joy-Con have been available for years, Nintendo is finally releasing a charging dock of their own. Officially dubbed the Joy-Con Charging Stand (Two-Way), this stand will be able to charge two Joy-Con simultaneously by drawing power from the Switch Dock and connecting to the stand via USB C. The stand is set to release worldwide on October 17 and will retail for ¥3,300. It is currently available for pre-order on the online My Nintendo store in Japan.
