Nintendo has finally opened up on some details for the upcoming underwater adventure, Endless Ocean Luminous. In Japan at least. A new website for the game has now opened for gamers in Japan, which you can visit here. The site and NCL’s article about the game shows some screenshots and information about the aquatic life players will encounter in the game, a special photo mode, an in-game encyclopedia and online play. Just as a refresher, Luminous allows for up to 30 players to simultaneously go on underwater adventures. While in the depths, gameplay offers the ability to share the location of mysterious creatures and send emotes to others. You can find some screenshots for the game below.
Endless Ocean Luminous, or Forever Blue Luminous as it is known in Japan, is scheduled for a worldwide release on Thursday, May 2. It will retail for ¥5,478 for the physical version and ¥5,400 digitally. You can pre-order the game on the My Nintendo Store in Japan here.
