Three classic Mario titles are headed to the Nintendo Switch Online service later this week. On March 12, fans and Nintendo Switch Online members will be able to play Dr. Mario (Game Boy), Mario Golf (Game Boy Color) and Mario Tennis (GBC). This is the first time in quite some time that these titles have been seen on Nintendo platforms as all three appeared on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console. Dr. Mario released on the Japanese VC in 2011 and was followed by 2012 releases in other territories. Mario Golf hit the service in Japan and North America in 2012 and was later released in Europe and Australia in 2014. Mario Tennis saw a release on Nintendo’s handheld in 2013 in Japan and Australia and was followed by a release in North America and Europe in 2014. For more on the games, be sure to check out the Japanese gameplay trailer below.
