Arriving just before the release of Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Super Mario Bros. themed merchandise, an Ichiban Kuji lottery and more are coming to 7-Eleven locations across Japan. Ichiban Kuji Lottery
The Super Mario Bros. themed Ichiban Kuji lottery is coming to 7-Eleven locations across Japan on Friday, October 13. There are a total of seven grades of prizes and a “Last Draw” item with a total of 22 prizes available. Each draw costs ¥700. You can find a list of all of the prizes below.
Grade A - Anywhere Big Adventure Wall Clock w/ Sound (19 cm)
Grade B - Warp Pipe Bank (15 cm)
Grade C - Blooper Soy Sauce Dispenser (10 cm)
Grade D - Everyday Adventure Acrylic Calendar (13 cm)
Grade E - Adventure Ceramics Collection (6 types)
Grade F - Exciting Assorted Towels (6 types)
Grade G - Useful Item Rubber Collection (6 types)
Last Draw - Warp Pipe Bank (slightly different design, 15 cm)
Mario Power-up Keychains
Customers who purchase three participating items at 7-Eleven from Thursday, October 5 will be able to receive one of six Super Mario Bros. power-up keychains. You can see all of the designs below. Keychains are limited in quantity and will come on a first come first serve basis. The start date may vary depending on individual store locations.
Super Mario Bros. Tumblers
These special tumblers are modeled after Mario and Luigi’s classic outfits. The insulated material keeps drinks either cold or warm for a long time. These will release on Thursday, October 12 and retail for ¥2,959. They can be found at Takarajima Channel, Nintendo TOKYO, Nintendo OSAKA, or the Japanese My Nintendo Store online.
Super Mario Bros. Magnets
A total of 20 magnets memo magnets will be available at participating shops (including Nintendo TOKYO and OSAKA) starting on Monday, October 16. These can be had for ¥275 each.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder Pre-order Bonus
7-Eleven is offering two different pre-order bonuses for Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Gamers that pick up the digital download card of the game between Monday, September 18 and Sunday, October 29 will be eligible to enter in for a raffle to get a set of four different colored Yoshi’s. 50 winners will be chosen nationwide. Registration for the prizes must be completed before Monday, October 30 at 11:59 p.m. to ensure eligibility. You can find the registration page here.
A bonus for a physical version of the game will also be available via 7-Net, 7-Eleven’s online shopping portal. Fans that purchase this version will receive what is being billed as a “Super Mario Bros. Wonder Bag-in-Bag.” You can see pictures of this item below.
GPS Check-In
My Nintendo Japan account holders will be able to receive free smart device wallpapers by checking in via the My Nintendo app between Thursday, October 5 and Wednesday, October 25. A total of three designs will be available. You can see promotional images of the designs below.
