Nintendo KYOTO, Nintendo’s third retail location in Japan, is set to open on Tuesday, October 17. The store will be located in the Takashimaya T8 on the 7th floor. Just as with Nintendo TOKYO and Nintendo OSAKA, Nintendo KYOTO looks to carry on the tradition of being a one stop shop for Nintendo games, apparel and merchandise.
In addition to the grand opening, Nintendo is giving a limited number of fans the chance to check out the store before the official opening on Friday, October 13 and Saturday, October 14 via a raffle. Up to 1,000 pairs (2,000 people total, 1,000 for each day) who are chosen via the lottery will be able to visit the new location in Kyoto between 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in thirty minute times slots. This is limited to My Nintendo account holders in Japan. If you have one and would like to try your luck, you can find the registration page here. Registration is open until Sunday, September 24 at 11:59 p.m.
