The Legend of Zelda: Tears of Kingdom gameplay reveal trailer with Eiji Aonuma showed off some new Zelda hardware and accessories to coincide with the release of the newest entry into the series. A brand new OLED console iteration called the Switch OLED Model - The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition will launch on Saturday, April 29 and retail for ¥38,980 (not including the game). Additionally, a Tears of the Kingdom themed Pro Controller and Nintendo Switch Case will be release on May 12 for ¥8,228 and ¥2,728 respectively. For gamers in Japan, a lottery is being held on the My Nintendo Store in Japan for the Tears of the Kingdom OLED model. This beings today. Tuesday, March 28 and will run until Monday, April 17. Results for the lottery will be sent out on April 21, and the winner purchase period will be from April 21 until April 24 at 11:00 a.m. The system will be delivered by April 29.
