Nintendo Switch Sports, the follow up to the Wii Sports titles on the Wii and Wii U, is coming to the Switch on April 29 worldwide. The game will include six different sports - Tennis, Bowling, Chambara, Volleyball, Badminton and Soccer. Just like the Wii Sports games of the past, the games here all make use of motion control and will also feature both local and online multiplayer. Character creation/customization and online “pro leagues” will also be available.
Free updates are a planned part of Nintendo Switch Sports. The the summer will see an update introducing a “shoot mode” to Soccer that allows players to utilize the included (physical version only) leg strap. In the fall, Golf will come to the collection.
Additionally, an Online Play Test will be taking place later this month featuring Tennis, Bowling and Chambara. For Japan, the test will take place on February 19 and 20 at the times below:

NCL will open registration for the Online Play Test on Wednesday, February 16 at 10:00 a.m. You can check out their portal page here. Pre-orders for Nintendo Switch Sports are currently open in Japan for both the digital and physical versions of the game. The game will retail for ¥4,300 digitally and ¥5,478 for the physical version (with a Joy Con leg strap).
