Japanese Switch owners haven’t seen many official releases of Star Wars titles on the system this generation. The times are changing. Thanks to THQ Nordic Japan, Star Wars Racer, Republic Commando, Jedi Knight II and Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy are coming to Japan as physical packaged games on December 23. Similar to the the west (which are set to be released in November), the games will be released as Star Wars: Racer & Commando Combo and Star Wars: Jedi Knight Collection. Each game will retail for ¥3,960.
Oddly enough, Racer, Republic Commando and Jedi Academy already feature Japanese support despite not being released on the eShop here in Japan. For Jedi Knight II, this will mark the first time the game has ever seen a release in Japan. The other games haven’t seen life in the Japanese market since they originally hit store shelves.
