Ubisoft Japan has confirmed that Just Dance 2022 will be hitting the Japanese market at the same time as the West - November 4, 2021. Unveiled at Ubisoft’s “Ubisoft Forward” event over the weekend, the next iteration of the the series will feature 40 tracks, including “Nail, Hair, Hips, Heels” from Todrick Hall, “Believer” from Imagine Dragons, “Level Up” from Ciara and more. Although the title has been confirmed for a Nintendo Switch release, there was no mention of any other platforms.
There was a time when Japan would receive region specific versions of the Just Dance games. These games would often contain Japan specific tracks, often J-pop related, such as Just Dance Wii U, which was published by Nintendo. There was also infamously a Yo-kai Watch Just Dance title that came out on the Wii U, which you can read more about in our Top Japan Only Wii U Titles title article here.
